We typically shop every two weeks and spend between $250.00 - $350.00. The primary reason we use the Provencher IGA service is convenience. Typically a staff person will spend 2 - 3 hours going to a store, shopping and then returning to the centre. With the on-line service we are able to place our order in under 30 minutes and then wait for the order to be delivered. Delivery is prompt, friendly and is taken right to our kitchen. This saves us 2 or more hours, time which we can devote to the children in our care. The other important reason we chose Provencher IGA is the level of service and commitment we receive from all the staff at IGA. Problems seldom arise, but if they do they are resolved quickly and amicably, by phone or e-mail.
